By purchasing any package, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Holding any package or rank on the server does not prevent you from being banned for violating any of the server rules. If you are banned from the server, you will not receive any sort of refund. You may apply for a ban appeal on the Discord.
2. Chargebacks will result in a ban from the server.
3. Changes may be made to certain packages post purchase including tweaking or removing certain benefits to benefit the community as a whole.
4. In the event that the server closes down, whether permanently or otherwise, you understand that you will not be entitled to any refund.
